"The website made ordering such a hassle"
I don’t know, maybe I just caught the site on a bad day, but trying to place my order was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. It froze on me twice, the checkout steps were kind of confusing, and then the confirmation email took forever to show up, so I was just sitting there wondering if the order even went through. not really something I want to deal with again

"Am I the only one who felt..."
Am I the only one who felt like this order just wasn’t it? The cheese tasted a little old, and the sausage was super greasy with this weird aftertaste I couldn’t get past. Even the cookies were dry, which was disappointing. For the price, I expected a lot better, and I don’t think I’d order again.

"Trash Company"

I'd leave negative stars if I could. My grandma used to order from this company when I was a kid. I ordered from them this past Christmas for the coworkers at my office. I put it on their credit to pay in January when I had more available money after the holiday season. Biggest mistake I ever made. Their website is a joke. My account was never updated with my order information so I couldn't pay online. I sent countless emails back and forth with their "customer service reps" that always sent back canned responses making it clear the company doesn't care about its customers. I was told to call and pay over the phone. I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that and wanted to pay online. This was never resolved. When I did get the paper statement in the mail in February, I mailed a physical check to them immediately. For the whole balance. The check was cashed on the 10th and then I had a delinquent report filed against my credit on the 11th. I've spent the last two and a half weeks trying to get this sorted out since that one ding dropped my score by almost 100 points. Finally, it came to a head today when the credit department supervisor I spoke to talked over, cut me off before I could finish my sentences, yelled, and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and reported the interaction and I sincerely hope she is severely reprimanded. Now I get to deal with the credit bureaus to try and have this BS claim removed from my credit report. Horrible company. Horrible business practice. Horrible employees. And I say, with every last fiber of my being, that I sincerely hope the whole company burns to the ground so no one will ever have to be subjected to their stale food and unprofessional employees ever again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

"Expected more for the price"
I thought this would be a lot better for what it costs. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, but the quality and overall experience just didn’t match the price at all. Left me feeling like I paid way too much for what I actually got.

"I don’t know what happened before it..."
I don’t know what happened before it got to me, but the order arrived kind of messy and warmer than it should’ve been. The cheese had a weird smell, and some of the fruit was bruised. For what I paid, I was expecting it to be in better shape.

"Starting to lose confidence"
My order showed up wrong again, it’s getting frustrating. I understand mistakes happen, but when it keeps happening, it makes it hard to trust that I’ll actually get what I ordered next time.

"I reached out expecting at least some..."
I reached out expecting at least some kind of update, but I waited for days and still never got a real response. whoever was handling my message dropped the ball here. It felt like they just ignored it and moved on.

"Gift box looked way cheaper than I expected"
I was disappointed when this showed up because the gift box was crushed, and the wrapping just looked really sloppy, like it had been thrown together in a hurry. I bought it specifically to give as a gift, so I was expecting it to look at least somewhat presentable, but it felt kind of embarrassing to hand over. Maybe the item itself was fine, but the overall presentation made it seem cheap and careless

My delivery never showed up, which is frustrating. I’m guessing it got stuck somewhere or maybe missed a scan, but who knows. Either way, it’s annoying to be waiting around with no clear update.
